I Visited earlier this evening to fix my Cfa cravings and once again the chick fi la in the lansdowne town center never disappoints! But there is a growing issue Ive see happen time and time again. I’ve noticed a specific supervisor by the name of Kimia has repeatedly verbally abused her employees and gives them a lack of respect. Today after receiving my food kimia was the one to give me my food but after greeting me with a warm welcome she later shifts her demeanor from welcoming to cold-hearted after responding to one of her employees questions. CFA PLEASE DO BETTER ON TRAINING YOUR MANAGING TEAM!
Standard fare for Chick-fil-a restaurant. Service has been consistent across many. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and food is delivered hot and as ordered.
My rating is for the ease at which you can do a kids birthday party here. I personally don’t eat fast food (so I can’t tell you about the quality of food food because I didn’t eat any) but the party was SO SIMPLE I had to leave a 5 star review. I am pregnant and I really didn’t have the bandwidth to do all kinds of things for my son’s birthday so Chick-fil-A was really straightforward. They have a play place which gave me nostalgia. Sierra was the one that helped us they even brought out the cow which the kids loved. Really a low stress birthday party idea. Affordable as well.
